First time home owner with anxiety. My fiancé and I noticed our ceiling dripping from the main bathroom upstairs. Suspicions on the drain leaking. I called two other places that were recommended. Neither picked up. Called Boldts. Picked up the phone right away. Was able to make an appointment for the same week! Which is awesome because I know businesses  are stretched thin with manpower. He showed up on time. Was truthful and knowledgeable. He was quick to remove the drain and reseal it. He asked questions and was on the same page as us thinking about the drain. He even had boot/shoe covers to come in the house! I wasn't worried about my floors but that's good buisness practice. I hope it's the fix, but if not, I'm definitely happy to call them back to keep helping with my leaking issue. Thankful good businesses still exist. Will be recommending them to others.
